When suddenly, my wordpress sites were hacked. I put in a support ticket, to find out that their backup server crashed (coincidentally the same day as my sites being hacked).

So they didn’t have a backup and were not able to help me in any where.  Your in the business of hosting, and you have no backup! Shame on you mellowhost.com. I’d recommend you stay the hell away from this crappy host.

First, the quality of the canvas print I received was HORRIBLE. To top that all off, I had to be the canvas print and mount it onto my own frame! I could have done better on my $50 ink jet printer. Their customer service, non existent.  I sent two emails over a period of a week and no response. Total CanvasDiscount Scam.

Good thing I paid with my credit card, chargeback city.
